Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose and make use of personal information.
By using our Websites, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Personal Information
We may collect two types of information about users: personally identifiable information (“personal information”), and non-personally identifiable information (“non-personal information”).

Personal information is information that identifies a specific user.
We may ask you to provide certain personal information, including your name and e-mail address, for certain activities that we make available on our Websites, such as opening an account, submitting or posting content, posting comments or entering a contest.
While you can chose whether to engage in any such activity, if you do not provide required information, you may not be able to engage in that activity.

Any personal information or content that you voluntarily disclose online in discussion forums, comments, chat areas etc. becomes publicly available and you acknowledge that third parties may access, collect and use such content.

Non-personal information
Non-personal information is information that does not identify a specific user.
Like many website operators, we may collect about your usage, such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type and version, the pages of our Websites that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
We and our authorized third-party service providers and ad servers may automatically collect this information when you visit our Websites.

We may use clear GIFs (“Web Beacons”) in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened by recipients.
We may use third party service providers to help us collect and analyze usage information.

Uses
We may use the information we collect in the following ways:
For purposes for which you provided the information, such as to send you emails that you have requested;
To enhance the operation of our Websites and to personalize content and advertising;
To analyze our user base and usage trends;
To troubleshoot and accomplish other administrative tasks;
To comply with applicable law;
We do not use your email address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. We may, however, use your email address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as for customer service purposes).

Sharing of Your Personal Information
We may share your information to our partners, contractors, and service providers as necessary to provide services to you or to otherwise improve our services.

We may disclose information we collect (including personally identifiable information) when we believe it is required to comply with the law, enforce this Privacy Policy, our Website Terms of Service or other agreements; or protect the rights, property or safety of our Websites, their users or others. We may provide you with advance notice at our discretion, however, nothing in this policy entitles you to such notice.

We may disclose information we collect in order to prevent damage to our property, for safety reasons, or in the course of collecting amounts owed to us.

Cookies and Other Tracking Services
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer that stores non-personal information about that user.
We use cookies to save you time while using our Websites so that you will not have to re-enter such information during your visit or the next time you visit the Websites. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you may be able to modify your browser settings to decline or delete cookies. However, if you decline or delete these cookies, some parts of our Websites may not work properly.

We may use a third-party analytic company to track and analyze non-personal usage information. In addition, we may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Websites. These companies may place cookies on your computer in order to deliver targeted advertisements. If you would like to opt-out of such collection by our third-party analytic contractor, please visit: http://www.google.com/privacy_ads.html. If you would like to opt-out of such collection by third-party advertising servers that are members of the Network Advertising Initiative, please visit: http://www.networkadvertising.org/consumer/opt_out.asp.

Some of the ads may be served by Google. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to users based on their visit to our Websites and other websites on the internet. DART uses “non personally identifiable information” and does NOT track personal information about you, such as your name, email address, physical address, etc. You may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy at http://www.google.com/privacy_ads.html.

We may use other industry-standard technologies like pixel tags and other web beacons to track your use of our Websites. Pixel tags and web beacons are tiny graphic images placed on certain pages on our Websites or in our emails that allow us to determine whether you have performed a specific action. When you access these pages or open or click an email, pixel tags and web beacons generate a non-personally identifiable notice of that action. Pixel tags allow us to measure user volume and behavior, and permit us to measure the performance of our promotions.

Security
We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
But unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet or any wireless network, or any method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security of any information transmitted to or from our Websites, and are not responsible for the actions of any third parties that may receive any such information.

Our Websites may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s website.
We recommend that you review the privacy policy at each such site to determine how that site protects your privacy.
